It’s July 1st, so this issue of the 1st Edition comes complete with my best wishes for a truly HAPPY CANADA DAY! I’m ever so grateful to call Canada home, and especially proud of our East Coast corner of it. Nova Scotia really exemplifies the best qualities of the country. A beautiful blend of lovely land and spectacular sea, filled with awesome opportunities, steeped in stellar creativity. There really is so much to celebrate here.

July also means summer is in full swing here on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, especially in my hometown ~ the Seaside Village of Chester. The legendary Lido Pool has opened for the season with FREE swim sessions every day of the week (Mon-Fri 12pm-2pm and 5pm-8pm + Sat-Sun 12pm-8pm, and there will be FREE concerts in the Bandstand at Parade Square every Sunday evening.

I’m thrilled to report Picnic in the Park is back for another sweet season of LIVE music in Lordly Park and hope you’ll make plans to join us every Tuesday evening this summer, especially on the night I’m sponsoring ~ July 22nd. Very proud to be a sponsor of the Chester Art Centre’s annual summer fundraiser too – Carnival of Colours this coming Saturday, July 5th. Maybe you’re bound for one of our many beaches or looking forward to a great round or two at one of our spectacular golf courses ~ whatever you get up to this month, may it be filled with everything wonderful!
PS – If you’ve got plans to purchase a new home or in the market to sell please reach out and all get to work for you. In the meantime have a look at my current listings and reach out if so we can arrange for your private tour.
